The Red Lick ISD Board of Trustees met in special session on Tuesday, July 7, 2009, at 6:30 p.m. in the Elementary Cafeteria

Board Members present Todd Martin, president, Mark Patterson, vice-president, and Mim davenport, secretary.

On a motion by Jim Davenport and seconded by Mark Patterson, the board unanimously approved Richard Hervey as a consultant to the superintendent until August 14, 2009.

On a motion by Mark Patterson, seconded by Jim Davenport, the board unanimously approved Rose Mary Neshyba as superintendent.
