On a motion by Jim Davenport and seconded by Mark Patterson, the Board approved the consent agenda.

On a motion by Jim Davenport and seconded by Mark Patterson, the Board unanimously approved posting the check register on line.

On a motion by Jim Davenport and seconded by Mark Patterson, the Board unanimously approved posting the Superintendent’s contract on line.

On a motion by Jim Davenport and seconded by Mark Patterson, the Board unanimously set sub pay at $75.00

On a motion by Jim Davenport and seconded by Mark Patterson, the Board unanimously approved the following Policy Update 85. Employees to receive three local leave days. These days can accumulate and will be paid at daily rate upon retirement.

On a motion by Jim Davenport and seconded by Mark Patterson, the Board unanimously approved the Workers Comp. contract.

On a motion by Jim Davenport and seconded by Mark Patterson, the Board unanimously approved the following teachers for 2009-2010: Audrey Wright, Spanish and Marilyn Blevins, 1st grade. Debbie Norton asked to be placed on 11 months and only as librarian.
