Red Lick I. S. D. Board of Trustees met in regular session at 6:30 P. M.
in the Elementary
Cafeteria.
Board members present: Todd Martin, President; Mark Patterson,
Vice-President; and Jim Davenport, Secretary.
Others present: Richard Hervey, Phyllis
Deese, and Doyle Clark.
On a motion by Jim Davenport and seconded by Mark Patterson, the
Board unanimously approved the consent agenda.
On a motion by Jim Davenport and seconded by Mark Patterson, the
Board unanimously tabled Policy Update 85.
On a motion by Mark Patterson and seconded by Todd Martin, the Board
unanimously approved the handbook for 2009-2010.
On a motion by Jim Davenport and seconded by Mark Patterson, the
Board unanimously approved the following budget amendment:

On a motion by Jim Davenport and seconded by Mark Patterson, the
Board unanimously approved tabling a background consultant for the Superintendent
search.
