Red lick ISD Board of Trustees met in regular session on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 6:30 P. M. in the elementary cafeteria.

Board members present: Bob Murray, President and Todd Martin, Vice-President.

Absent: Jim Davenport, Secretary. Others present: Richard Hervey and Phyllis Deese.

On a motion by Todd Martin and seconded by Bob Murray, the Board unanimously approved the consent agenda.

On a motion by Todd Martin and seconded by Bob Murray, the Board unanimously approved the following summer projects: carpet, wall in library, swings for middle school, and replace trim on buildings as needed.

On a motion by Todd Martin and seconded by Bob Murray, the Board tabled the consultation agreement.

On a motion by Todd Martin and seconded by Bob Murray, the Board unanimously approved all transfers for the 2009-2010 school year.

On a motion by Todd Martin and seconded by Bob Murray, the Board unanimously approved the response to the Kerst complaint.

On a motion by Todd Martin and seconded by Bob Murray, the Board unanimously approved the following budget amendment: $30,000.00 from 199-41-6213-00-703-999 to 199-99-6213-00-703-999.

The Board read and approved the following vouchers for payment:
